Due to hygienic reasons, products that are delivered according to your order(s), are exempt from being returned or exchanged thus refunds are not available.
Received wrong/defect products
If you have received a wrong or defect product, please feel free to send it back to our post address. The wrong or defect item has to be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Please contact our service desk for any help: firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds are only available if you have received a wrong or defect product.
